All Sales Final
All products sold by HELIX-TARA™ LLC are intended for research purposes only. Because of the specialized nature of these products, all sales are generally considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
After review, HELIX-TARA™ LLC may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Products that have been opened or used
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
